Ricky Baker is in the foster system and taken in by Hec and Bella. Ricky wants nothing to do with them though Bella treats him well and Hec, well he wants nothing to do with him. But when Bella dies suddenly, the state wants Ricky back but he refuses and runs away. Hec finds him in the woods as national manhunt to find them ensues. Despite Hec's tough demeanor and Ricky's rebelliousness, the two form a bond that may get them out this yet, or will it? Sam Neil stars in The Hunt For The Wilderpeople!
