A couple of slacker's have a public-access cable show that they hope one day they can do for a livig.  But when a TV mogul tries to steal the show from under them, Wayne and Garth must get their show back, Wayne's girlfriend, and continue to party on as only they know how.  It's a wild fun time based on the Saturday Night Live skit as we discus Wayne's World!
