As Peter Parker struggles to keep his personal life in order while being a super hero, a new villain emerges in the form of scientist Dr. Otto Octavius!  As Doc Ock wreaks havoc on the city, Peter must decide if he wants to continue to be the hero the city needs, or hang up the costume forever!  It's a battle of inner self and the needs of the many in Sam Raimi's excellent Spider-Man 2!
