Dar is born with super natural powers, the ability to communicate with animals! The mad priest Maax hunts Dar after his birth believing a prophecy that Dar will kill him one day.  After Maax kills Dar's adoptive father, he goes out on a quest of revenge meeting allies along the way, getting his revenge and saving the kingdom from the evil Maax and the Jun Horde.  Marc Singer stars in this sword & sorcery cult classic from 1982, The Beastmaster!
